Mr Lewis believes strongly in providing the highest standard of orthopaedic surgery, using minimally invasive surgery and the latest technology where appropriate. He has developed and delivered an award winning enhanced recovery programme with top 1 and 2% length of stay for Knee and Hip replacement surgery. He uses a hammer free technique as well as tourniquet free to further reduce pain and swelling.
Mr Lewis is also part of the Surgeon Visitation Program ran by restor3d to educate and train other surgeons the techniques on a one to one basis. He has an exceptionally low infection rate and has implanted over 350 restor3d Knees.
