As the Material Control Coordinator / Warehouse Personnel role some of the responsibilities are ensuring the efficient flow and management of materials within our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory control, receiving, storage, kitting and distribution of materials to support our operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The SLS Technician position is responsible for the manufacture, inspection, and final product packaging and sterilization of restor3d implants and components. We have available positions on both first and second shift. 1st Shift – Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift – Mon – Fri, 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Responsible for sourcing and procuring direct materials to meet planned requirements in accordance with inventory stocking policies and procedures to support the manufacturing operations; while meeting business objectives of safety, quality, on time delivery, competitive customer lead times, profitability, and inventory. Support daily supply chain management activities to ensure commitments are achieved and project management teams and New Product Introductions (NPI) are supported. Duties include: •Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to its fullest extent to perform Procurement related activities. •Maintain part master data as well as understanding how master data drives material requirement planning. •Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet and exceed inventory targets and turns; as well as seek opportunities to reduce inventory through various techniques such as lot size optimization, off-the-shelf vs. MTO (Make to Order) analysis, Kanban, etc. •Work with PFEP “Plan for Every Part” as well as determining EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) to achieve price reductions while balancing inventory levels. •Establish a collaborative relationship with the current approved suppliers at the senior management level to ensure alignment with company goals in terms of cost, lead time, inventory strategy, delivery expectations and quality expectations. •Research, establish relationships and execute qualification of new suppliers to support the operational needs, performance metrics and NPI initiatives. •Partner with product development teams to lead the selection of the supply base for all NPI initiatives. Serve as the supplier expert by product development teams and as the go-to person for all direct material supplier inquiries. •Place purchase orders according to forecast and demand; as well as understanding of cyclical, seasonal, and/or historical ordering trends. •Proactively identify potential part shortages, work with supplier to prevent shortages, understand supplier capacity and constraints; as well as when to properly escalate potential part shortages. •Work with external manufacturing and service provided companies, plan, procure and ensure on-time delivery of components to meet the production schedule set by planning. •Expedite, follow-up, and manage purchase orders placed with suppliers. •Arrange and execute Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s). •Identify root cause of late lines and implement corrective action to prevent forward to ensure fill rate targets are achieved and sustained. •Drive root cause analysis for missed shipments and help to implement corrective actions to ensure Customer fill rate targets are achieved and sustained. •Track on-time supplier delivery performance and drive root cause and corrective action to improve overall supplier performance. •Evaluate slow moving items and work with appropriate groups to propose clean-up, re-work, obsolescence, changes to lot sizing, stock status etc. Requirements: Position requires either (i) Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Buyer or Supply Chain Analyst in a manufacturing environment or (ii) Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as a Buyer or Supply Chain Analyst in a manufacturing environment. Must also have had 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with either primary experience requirement above) working with the following: •Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and an Oracle ERP system in a manufacturing environment; •Materials planning and scheduling, supplier relationship management and supplier performance management in a regulated, precision engineering environment; •Working with both domestic and international suppliers; and •Advanced MS Excel including working with Macros, Power Query, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for quality inspection/quality assurance activities. This includes interpretation and implementation of quality standards to routine inspection/testing and manufacturing activities.
