Born and raised in Cleveland, Dr. Matthew Levy worked for 14 years as team physician for a number of local sports teams. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, he completed his internship and residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Levy is also fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine.
Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Levy is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Ohio State Medical Association, American College of Surgeons and Arthroscopy Society of North America. He has written extensively on orthopedic issues and has a special interest in sports medicine. He also has expertise in joint replacement and fracture care.
